Using Your Insurance With Alere Emotional Health, LLC

Alere Emotional Health accepts a wide variety of insurance plans. We understand the need to keep the costs of therapy manageable and will work closely with several insurances to ensure services are accessible to our community.

We are contracted in-network with:

  • Cigna and Evernorth

  • Medicare Part B

  • Tricare East

  • Friday Health Plan

  • Prominence Health Plan

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf. We will work closely with you to maximize the insurance benefits available to you. We can also work with these plans as an out-of-network provider: Aetna, United Healthcare and Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Florida Blue, and UMR.

As a patient, it is your responsibility to ensure you are covered for any services you receive and to provide accurate insurance information to facilitate the billing process. For specific benefit and coverage questions, please contact your insurance carrier directly at the number on your insurance card.
